California’s Transparency in Supply Chains Act
The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Applies to certain retail sellers and manufacturers doing business in the State of California. The Act requires these businesses to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their product supply chains.

Weather Shield provides training to its employees to ensure that their conduct conforms to all legal standards. No specific training is held regarding risks within the supply chain on human trafficking and slavery.
At this time, Weather Shield does not verify or audit suppliers, nor contract with third parties to evaluate or certify specific compliance against company standards regarding human trafficking and slavery in the supply chain. However, Weather Shield would investigate any reports or claims of non-compliance, and would take appropriate action, up to termination.
